- 2 C Fresh Oregano
- 1/2 C almonds
- 1/2 C parmesan
- 1 T Lemon juice
- 1 large garlic clove
- Salt and Pepper
- Combine the oregano, cheese, garlic, almonds and salt and pepper in a food processor, until the mixture resembles a coarse meel.
- Slowly stream in olive oil until the mixture become smooth.
- Add lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste
